New YouTube Broadcast
Sunday, January 12, Noon ET
No more than 60 minutes, because the NFL playoffs.
Press the images to see the first 30 minutes. By “production problems,” that means something went wrong on this end (internet connection was weird, apparently).
Great New Additions For Subscribers
A lot of thought goes into the range of topics that I discuss on YouTube, and here on the newsletter. There is reason for that. It is simply that I think that the information provided in the media (including social media) is insufficient, for one reason or another. While I could certainly be an instructor in an MBA school, I am not interested in writing a textbook, no thanks.
Ten minutes to understand financial contracts of almost any sort? Unlikely. I was alarmed when told that my byline for Kiplinger was limited to 1000 words. it is so likely that someone will read/watch, wrongly think that they have “got it,” and then proceed with incomplete information. It’s tough.
Leave out details, people think it’s simple and attempt to do it themself. Costs thousands. Even existing clients do this.
Overwhelming detail, and people are afraid, and give up, even if they should absolutely pursue the matter to the very end. Costs thousands. People come to me after the fact, after having already overpaid premium, or under-received benefits.
Even people with my identical designations (CFP CLU ChFC) or degrees frequently get it wrong. It is sad and infuriating at the same time.
We needed a way for me to the range of topics and the level of detail to you, I found it, I think. Subscribers can access these PDFs, which summarize some of the segments that I have discussed on the many videos and broadcasts on YouTube. You will only have access to these posts if you are a paid subscriber.
